Returns & Exchanges

At ThePack Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, garments that have been tried on or removed from their protective seals cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to initiate your return or exchange authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
